Hi, I’m Lindsay Kinslow—a retired U.S. Army veteran, bestselling author , and the founder of Optimal Business Solutions and The VetReset Foundation.

I’ve spent over 20 years leading, building, and fixing systems—first in uniform, then in boardrooms. When I transitioned to civilian life, I experienced firsthand how disconnected and fragmented systems were for veterans—especially when it came to employment, healthcare, and navigating earned benefits. That lit a fire in me—and I’ve been building integrated, impact-driven solutions ever since.

THE VETRESET FOUNDATION
Through The VetReset Foundation, I lead a mission to empower veterans beyond service. I’ve been helping veterans navigate the VA and claim their benefits for over a decade, and that grassroots advocacy shaped our strategic focus.
From wellness initiatives and educational programs to our Veteran-Ready Clinic Certification, I equip healthcare professionals with the tools and awareness needed to provide informed, empathetic care to those who’ve served.

PERSONAL IMPACT
For me, this work has always been personal.
My journey began long before The VetReset Foundation existed—back in 2005, when I helped a battle buddy secure 100% disability and medical retirement. That experience opened my eyes to how broken the system was, and how many veterans were left to figure it out alone. Since then, I’ve supported countless veterans—navigating the red tape, interpreting the language, and advocating for what they’ve earned. Those experiences became the blueprint for The VetReset Foundation.

One of the most powerful moments was being featured in DAV Magazine for my work as a National Service Officer. That recognition wasn’t just about individual achievement—it validated my deeper mission: to challenge systems and build better ones for those who served.

On the business side, I’ve helped organizations go from disorganized chaos to streamlined clarity. One small agency cut 15+ hours of admin time per week after implementing my AIM for Success™ framework. It wasn’t just about time—it allowed their leadership team to finally step into visionary roles and expand their offerings.

I’ve also had the honor of being awarded the Devine Women Award for service to the veteran community—an acknowledgment that still grounds my work today.
Every system I build, every presentation I deliver, every person I help—it’s all rooted in lived experience and a relentless belief that I can do better for veterans.

This work is deeply personal. I didn’t just study broken systems—I lived them. That’s why every program I build is rooted in lived experience, military-grade precision, and a people-first philosophy.
